Full Version: Mixing capabilities?

For a long time, I've been using Roxio Jam to do simple cross-fades and create mixes. Often, I find myself wanting to change the tempo of a track slightly so that the beats match during cross-fades, but Jam doesn't do that.

It seems that in order to make this happen with AudioCodex, I'd have to time-shift the track, save out a copy and bring it back in to Jam. And if the beats were still a little off, I'd have to go through the process again. Is this correct, or is there another way?

It would be great if AudioCodex had mixing capabilities built in.
Anyone know of software that is easy to do cross-fades with, and can time-shift on a per-track basis?

Thanks!

Hi Agoraphone

Thanks for your enquiry. We do intend to add mixing capabilities in a future version of AudioCodex, probably around version 1.5. At the moment your current approach is indeed the best way to use our software for your purpose.

Cheers,
