Whoops - Loops not exporting properly
Hi all,
I'm sorry to say loops do not really export properly, but have some silence attached to the end, thus rather spoiling the loopy experience ... Maybe it has to do with the Warp feature? I do not use loop export very much - most of the time I record the output signal with WireTap - so I just found out today.
Cheers - Niko

RE: Whoops - Loops not exporting properly
Hi Niko,
Depending on the type of effects in use there may be some tail time automatically added by the effects processor; I will investigate to see if there is anything else going on in the Exporter code, but in the meantime, try exporting with Reverb (and any other reverb-like effects) disabled and see if that helps.
Cheers,
Mark

RE: Whoops - Loops not exporting properly
Hi, Mark - thanks, yes, will do. Not a big problem, as I can always resort to the record-then-edit-method.
Cheers - Niko

RE: Whoops - Loops not exporting properly
Hi Niko,
I took a look inside the Exporter code, and there is a way I can disable tail-time altogether; in the next update there will be an additional Export option provided to turn tail time on or off, regardless of whether there are any 'Reverb' -type effects in use.
Cheers,
Mark
