AudioCodex’s Sources list allows you to track the contents of various folders on your Mac in the Watched Folders playlist. By default AudioCodex will scan your ~/Movies folder and add any files it finds there to the Movies playlist.

Creating new Watched Folders

You can specify your own watched folders by choosing New Watched Folder... from the Action menu on the toolbar.

AudioCodex will recursively scan sub-folders and add all media files contained within the chosen folder.
